1. Its is request to customer to make a vedio before opening parcel to accept any returns from our end.returns will be accepted only if product damaged or wrong product recieved.if handloom sarees thread outs is not considered as damage as its handloom sarees and crafted by humans.

2. once order placed and paid online cancellation is not possible from end

3. we use DTDC or Indiapost service for dispatch parcels after placing order in 24 hours tracking will be updated and delivery time will be max 7 working days.
